Morning & afternoon practice sessions to connect with self, purpose & agency
Home-cooked, seasonal local breakfast, lunch & dinner in the Granary Barn
2 nights of accommodation; solo or shared options available
Comfortable communal spaces for reflection and conversation
Immerse yourself in the beautiful grounds & herb garden, swim in the Chalk river
Guided walks, forest bathing, movement and creative embodiment exercises along with solo time
To leave with head, heart and hands full of memorable moments, inspiring recommendations and reading

ONE-OFF cost:
EARly Bird: £300 (4 places until May 20th)
Supported: £400 (subsidised by the joseph rowntree charitable trust)
Supporter: £500 (to cover costs for the weekend)
gifting: £600 (to support someone else to join)
Prices include everything you will need including accommodation and all meals for the whole weekend
Membership cost - over a year:
ACORN: £83 / month (inclUdes 2 weekends)
OAK: £146 / month (includes all 4 weekends)
