My 10 year background in advertising exposed me to the power of narrative to create change - this perspective carries over into the work I do now.

Certified with the International Coaching Federation, I am an Integral Development, Relationship Systems, and Co-Active coach. I work with a blend of facilitation approaches that support communities and organisations to imagine future possibilities, and build on the capacities to work toward them.

I am also a Circle Way and Warm Data Host and currently training in Eco-Therapy. In 2021 I co-founded learning community Earthed based in Somerset.

I joined the Reclaiming Agency team in 2021 and have spent the last 18 months alongside Jonathan and Sonal, building the original programme and refining the approach and content for today’s industry and participants.

My unique experience blends a deep understanding of advertising and sustainability. It includes 15 years as a strategist in major advertising agencies, including winning Gold IPA Effectiveness Award for the launch of Dave, combined with 10 years working in sustainability, initiated by an MSc in Sustainability and Responsibility at Ashridge Business School in 2010.

I co-founded The Comms Lab, which launched with the Reclaiming Agency report and have co-facilitated the Reclaiming Agency leadership programme for the three cohorts since its inception in 2017.

I also co-founded Purpose Disruptors along with two Reclaiming Agency alumni, Lisa Merrick-Lawless and Rob McFaul.

I am deeply committed to enabling people in advertising and commercial communications to play their role in helping address our climate and ecological emergency.

During my decade working as an Account Director for various creative agencies, I became increasingly concerned about the impact the industry had on the planet. At the time I felt very alone in my concerns, feeling fearful of speaking out and trying to change the industry from the inside, and I eventually left to pursue more meaningful work.

Reclaiming Agency to me is the programme and community that I wish I had access to at that time, that would have helped me to cultivate the courage and resilience needed to challenge the status quo of ‘growth at any cost’.

Since leaving the industry, I started exploring alternative, sustainable business models where profit and purpose can co-exist, and founded Stride Consulting, providing marketing and business consultancy to innovative sustainable start-ups that are embracing the circular economy.

I also work as a certified Transformational Coach, guiding people within the industry to reconnect to their authentic selves, understand their internal blocks and access their inner courage and confidence so that they can create meaningful change in their lives and the world around them.
